Description
This training will introduce you to the role of the project manager and the fundamental concepts and competencies necessary to lead projects.
You will explore the processes; procedures; tools and techniques; and results to create and execute an integrated project plan. Topics will include: creating a project charter; determining the requirements; defining, creating, and managing the project scope; and validating the deliverables.

You will learn about agile concepts such as the minimum viable product (MVP), project envisioning, team velocity, estimating and prioritizing user stories, managing risk, effective techniques to identify key stakeholders and their success criteria, and best practices for leading agile teams.
The life project provide hands-on experience in all areas of project management including developing an agile team, understanding client needs, creating user stories, estimating required resources, and prioritizing features.
